Refund & Return Policy

DreamDrop is a small artist-run shop, and every order means a lot to us. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before purchasing:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Issues

  • If we made a mistake with your order, please reach out through our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Please double-check your address at checkout. Since we are a small shop, we cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items, B-grade pins, and mystery bundles are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
